How can my child participate?

What ages are your programs designed for?
Our current programs are designed for early elementary and preschool-aged children. We can offer workshops for upper elementary and middle school-aged children as well.

Where do you host parties and private events?
Private workshops for birthdays, small group celebrations, and playgroups are hosted at your home or chosen venue.

Do you travel beyond Concord?
Travel within 15 miles of our base location is included. There is a fee associated with travel beyond 15 miles from Concord, Massachusetts.

Do you provide materials?
Yes. We provide all standard materials, ingredients, and supplies needed for the workshop unless otherwise discussed.

How long are parties or workshops?
Workshops are typically 90 minutes. We offer I Can Cook! Series Sessions that run 3-4 hours. Most private events run 60–90 minutes, depending on group size and activity type. Extended time can be added if desired.

Do you offer custom event themes?
Yes! We love creating custom experiences. Custom themes may include specialty materials, colors, or design planning and includes an additional fee.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and school vacation weeks. We will always try to accommodate last-minute requests if availability allows.

What is your cancellation policy?
Workshop payments are non-refundable, as they secure your child’s spot and cover materials prepared in advance. Private events require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
We take allergies seriously. Families will be asked to share allergy and dietary information in advance. We will work with you to create safe alternatives when possible.

Is Sprinkle & Create a childcare program?
No. Sprinkle & Create is an enrichment program focused on guided activities and creative learning experiences. Our workshops are drop-off programs unless otherwise noted.
