Sprinkle & Create offers creative, food-based enrichment—sprinkled with joy. By blending literacy, art, and hands-on cooking and decorating activities, we nurture curiosity, confidence, and imagination in participants through guided exploration and discovery.

Mary Forzaglia
Mary has dedicated her life to teaching and inspiring children, from preschools to elementary schools. She previously founded The Catered Cookie, a custom baking company, and for many years taught food-based enrichment programs in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. Now in Concord to be close to her grandchildren, Mary brings her love of hands-on learning, creativity, and real-world experience to every youth program she leads.

Kristina Mandonas
B.S. in Elementary Education | M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction
Kristina is a licensed educator and passionate advocate for creative learning. A former elementary school teacher in Natick, Massachusetts, she now works with 3- and 4-year-olds at Milldam Nursery School in Concord. As a mom to a preschooler and a second grader in Concord, Kristina understands the joys and challenges of childhood firsthand, inspiring her approach to fun, engaging, and meaningful youth programs.
Our Start
Sprinkle & Create was born from our shared love of food, creativity, and working with children. What started as countless moments in the kitchen together, cooking, decorating, learning, and laughing grew into a vision for a meaningful, joy-filled business endeavor.
We created Sprinkle & Create to offer children guided, food-based programs that nurture confidence, curiosity, and creativity one sprinkle at a time.
